This year’s calendar is filled with amazing photos taken by amazing Texas photographers!  It will make a great keepsake as well as an amazing gift for friends and family.  Also, proceeds will go to great cause within the Texas Birding community:

Nearly 30 years ago Carolyn Ohl and her late husband built a wonderful oasis in the Chihuahuan Desert. They always welcomed birdwatchers and others with nature related interests. Most visitors say coming to Christmas Mountains Oasis was the highlight of their trip to the Big Bend area. The property’s main attraction was, and is, the Lucifer Hummingbird. Countless birders from around the world get their lifer Lucifer there and the place is an invaluable resource for nature lovers and photographers. Recently, Carolyn has needed to replace her water holding tank to make sure there is water supply during times of drought.  She’s been raising funds to defer the cost and as part of your calendar purchase the Birds of Texas Group will be donating these proceeds to her project. We want to preserve the future of this truly amazing Texas birding gem!
